Lee Parfitt
Lee is a strategist and leader, with broad experience working in private and public organisations. His background is in organisational planning, marketing, commercial and strategy roles, and he specialises in having a broad view across organisations to enable holistic and considered decisions making.
His current position is Head of Strategy for Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator. His role shapes both longer term strategy and business planning alongside annual work programmes - balancing the needs of Ofcom’s expanding remit, stakeholder considerations and consumer fairness.
Prior to joining Ofcom Lee held a variety of roles in the telecommunications field, most latterly as Head of Commercial for BT where his position set the commercial strategy and pricing across a complex range of products, alongside ownership of sales negotiation, partner management and commission design.
