For most of my life I have been in work that involved me helping others. Sometimes by teaching, coaching, but always in an environment where some type of change was involved. I have been stuck myself in the past, by chance someone suggested counselling and it helped a lot to be listened to and my thoughts be respected. It was then that I decided to become a counsellor and set off on a career of helping others. I qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Systemic Counselling, am an EMDR Therapist and hold a Diploma in Clinical Supervision.
