Counselling can help with a wide range of challenges including but not limited to: work/life balance, grief, addiction, stress, trauma, abuse, anxiety, and self-esteem. Read more about counselling here.
Low-Cost Counselling (£25 per session, 12 sessions)
Our counselling services are suitable for low – moderate mental health needs and they are delivered in line with the National Counselling Society and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical and good practice guidelines.​
