Is counselling for me?
Anyone can benefit from counselling if they are willing to give the time and commitment to attend sessions and be open to change.
What will the session look like?
Generally, we offer a 12-session model. The sessions are 50 minutes long in a safe and confidential environment that will give you the space and time to explore your thoughts and feelings. We wish to work with you to help you gain a better understanding of yourself.
How do I apply for low cost counselling?
We always take self-referrals direct from individuals. We regularly receive self-referrals from people sign-posted to us by healthcare providers and other organisations.
Please click on the link below to start you application. Once we receive your application we will make contact with you to take some further details. Our waiting list is approximately 2-3 months for our low cost counselling service. However, on occasion this can be quicker.
We will keep you updated once you are on our waiting list. At your first appointment your counsellor will explore with you what you may wish to focus on and whether this service can offer you the help you need.
